We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Prospect and win new business to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets by selling ads on Product Hunt-owned assets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop customized advertising strategies to meet their goals
Collaborate with ad operations to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns
Find new sales opportunities to build and manage a healthy pipeline
Introduce products/services to prospective clients/customers
Keep track of sales trends
Fluent in English
3+ years experience as an Account Executive ideally in advertising sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Good active listening and negotiation skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities
Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative advertising campaigns that drive results
